i started watching Demon Slayer on crunchyroll. plotwise it's a little by-the-numbers but i think i like it so far. my favourite thing atm is the use of fabric patterns/colour in the character design, which author koyoharu gotoge seems to be a huge fan of!

i loved the storyline with knuckles in the desert with these big weird laputa-esque robots! in hindsight even calling them laputa-esque is sort of a disservice to the uniqueness of their design. everything in the world had this gorgeous watercolory volume to it.

4 characters thing to describe myself thing... feel very basic for finding these pusillanimous shonen protags very relateable but what can you do
