Bloodgullet is invisible to you until you click on the Essence of Awakening, which is a pile of purple dust found in a hut at approximately 85.7,20.8 in the Ohn'ahran Plains (on the zone map, it's between the S and T in "TIMBERSTEP").
This ghostly gryphon is flagged tameable, and should retain its ghostly effects after taming. But... it's also a level 72 elite, so won't be tameable until 11.0.
There are sadly two unavailable colours as well: green and (my favourite!) purple.
On Wowhead, an untamable rare named Snufflegust has the green look, but I've never seen it. There's info on Wowhead that suggests its spawn conditions may relate to fishing, but that's a guess.
More exciting news! In the latest Dragonflight build, the rare Deviate Faerie Dragon can now appear in the previously-unavailable orange variation. It seems to use this colour roughly 1 in 5 times it spawns.
Thanks to Petopia Community member WerebearGuy for finding this!
Finally (I think!) in appearance changes today, vorquins have had some cosmetic surgery. Only their heads seem to have any noticeable alteration, but it is significant...
If you love dogs, the Taivan storyline in Ohn'ahran Plains is going to be a real treat. Oh, my heart 💛
Veilwings have also been flagged tameable (if we had access to the skill)!
Their listing doesn't necessarily mean they'll become tameable in DF, just that the models seem like good candidates.
For example, these "feywing" faerie drakes from Draenor seem to be much like dogs in behaviour and intellect. But, most are currently friendly :(
Ok, I've filled out the Lesser Dragonkin family with anything that seems like a potential candidate so far:

Now that Friendship Crab runs are over (no luck 😢), back to adding potential new Lesser Dragonkin looks!
I also hope to have our first list of Dragon Isles NPCs added to the database this weekend.
