Looking like a plaster model, 'Beakers' is a rare hornstrider that wanders the south-west corner of the Waking Shores in Dragonflight!
It appears his texture hasn't been set yet, resulting this fun appearance.
Thanks to Petopia Community member Worgpower for the tip!
The two blues. Their skin colour is pretty much the same, except for the icy-blue spines on one. (See side-by-side shot).
Gallery of all six armoredon colours (all are tameable!). [1/2]
Such a great model!
Recent Bruffalon fixes!
- I can no longer see any gaps around the tail in the short tail variant.
- The "no nose horn" looks seem to have been deleted. The horn is tied to the tail at a geoset level, so all brufflons without nose horns also tragically had gaping er, tail holes.
Hornstriders are tameable in 5 colours (which is all of them except for pink!) and all 3 horn styles.
I'm not sure if that means all 3 horn types are available on all 3 colours, but at the very least it covers a lot of them!
(Colours adjusted for night in the zone)
Another brilliant new model: rhinoceros beetles in 2 colours so far.
There are 8 colours in the database, most really eyecatching, so hopefully we'll find them somewhere!
(They're called stag beetles in the game, but IRL those are an entirely other thing).
This week we have a new zone to explore: Thaldrazsus!
First up, the new 'druid bear' model is now tameable.
It's always nice to have new models, and we've tamed other beasts based on druid forms, but this one is a little hard to look past it's a druid, for me. It's odd. 😕
