He trained an tested drivers and cars an was known as a great spotter! Rodney started a die cast company for race cars. Rodney sold off his businesses an plays golf everyday in Florida!
Rodney Combs was able to run all 3 of the @NASCAR Series Division over the years! He ran good and at times victories were in sight but his luck just never let it happen. All of the "Superstars" flocked to Rodney for chassis and driving tips! He was that good and many knew it !🏁

Rodney Combs was one hell of a race car driver! His versatility on asphalt and dirt race tracks was like no other. Winning ASA races to the some of the biggest dirt late model races on the schedules. Rodney had a feel for a race car like nobody else.🏁

Eddie Sachs would suck on the lemon during the race. He said it kept his mouth from getting dry.
Another fact was that 13 times during Eddie's career, he left the track in a ambulance! Eddie once said his favorite track was Salem, Ind. The hospital was close to the track. 😂
