In 1980 Larry Cannon an Ol' @wrenchtwister00 was doing a trade show for our sponsor @KracoEnterprise. We got on a elevator together with Linda Vaughn and June Cochran. The elevator got stuck between floors. We were stranded for 15 minutes together! We laughed so much! True story
"BIG HAIR" was popular back in the day and Linda Vaughn wore this style well! Over the years Linda stayed current with many of the fashion trends and this was mostly the reason for her popularity and a reason for her long career in motorsports marketing!

Sunoco pulled the sponsorship and the team closed. Brad and his young family packed up and moved west to continue racing. Brad won more races until Ascot closed in 1990 and other CRA major events til 1993! 🏁🏆

On the west coast the Noffsinger name is legend! 3 brothers stormed the race tracks in the early days. Todd, Bart and Brad! Todd at age 19 lost his life at Ascot. Bart suffered serious injuries and retired! Than there was Brad to carry on ! 🙏🏁
