I finally overcame my dissatisfaction with Layzner this rewatch and yeah this show is fire in lots of parts, still has horribly dull characters with no chemistry between them during the whole thing, but the 2nd arc w/ OVA, politics, the philosophy and Eiji and Julia are just😩👌
->more and to see that they can pull the exact same voice 20 years later, Asuo Miyoko's Rottenmaier was a lot calmer this time tho xd Anyway I loved everybodys retake on their character. Also crazy that Yoshida Rihoko just vocied John's mom in the Lassie WMT anime the same year!
Oh yeah forgot to post it but watched Weed a few weeks ago and despite the technical aspects I didn't find it as bad as most people say, it was a just more boring than Gin and I'm disappointed that it didn't adapt the whole manga:( Oh yeah and why they change the seiyuus??;-;
I finished watching Stop!! Hibari-kun! for the second time and it just made me love Eguchi Hisashi even more. It's probably the most controversial anime from the 80's in today's standards but Eguchi's very bizarre humor and beautiful designs make it very appealing to me->
Yeah after binging Go Saurer and Gambaruger right after each other, the 10th Anniversary Eldran short, Daiteioh really hits different with all the characters I love appearing in it and fighting together in the most epic way ;-; Yeah I only haven't seen Raijin Oh but I will ofc
->still I think I liked Banipal Witt from him the most with the "real forgiving" stuff, but this is like more serious than that. Overall it's a very solid anime with lots of important things to say
