Still working away at this.
The remesher didn't really give me the results i wanted, so I'm going to have to retopologize the model manually.
It starts with concept art.
Then a low poly garbage model - 9k triangles.
Then a clay model for better detail - 600K triangles.
Then a clean end result of re-topology - 20K triangles.
Originally, I was going to use a different model for the penetration scenes- but it turns out redoing the butt of the triceratops babe's retopology isn't too hard, so I should be able to use the same model for all scenes :3
@toasterbbombs 1) Smooth Subdivided Cube because I don't like sphere topology at the top and bottom
2) Oops, only 2D mouth textures lmao
3) Definitely room for improvement, but here's how I did the quills on mine

I got a stupid idea:
What if instead of retopologizing my reference sculpts, I just decimated them and rigged 'em?
The answer is: that's not good enough deformation for rendered art, but it'll certainly do for reference pictures. Which is the whole reason I'm making the sculpts.
