Here's a new paleobotany infographic of Hell Creek plant — Rhamnica cleburni!
Could it be the earliest known Castanopsis? I think it's possible.

Here you can see what I did for Atlantis phase 1 and 2. 3 submission in total, my first 2 made it into the Paleocene island's fauna, now I'll cross fingers for my newest creation.

The 4 ceratopsians are:
Ferrucutus, Chalyceratops
Bifurcatops, Sylvaceratops
I stumbled across this book on @internetarchive looking for something else. The scanner did a bad job reaching the images in the book's gutter (as you can see in image 2), but it's loaded with lovely drawings of hands and paleo stuff.
One of my first digital pieces of paleoart. Its equally cute and cringe lol 😅😅😅
Paleo Fact!
Platybelodon (Flat Spear Tusk) is a proboscidean from Middle Miocene Africa, Eurasia, and North America! It's probably most well-known for its distinct long, shovel-like lower jaw! It was previously thought that it'd use this- (1/2)

One more croc from Solimões Formation! Melanosuchus latrubessei! Hope you guys like it! It took me forever to draw the osteoderms, and I'm still not satisfied with them, but it was enough

At the #ArtemisPaleozoo, our animal care staff maintain routine checkups with every species across the park. This allows us to monitor and record the welfare of our animals, finding new ways to tailor their husbandry needs.
