I saw some really cool fanart of nightmare king Grimm and I really wanted to draw him again so ye! Hollow Knight is my favorite metroidvania game, so well designed & with excellent art and music ❤️ At some point I want to get both the vinyl soundtracks.

Definitely try hollow knight. Its basically a MetroidVania but with dark souls like difficulty & the same kinda system of lose all your stuff where you die & you need to reclaim it 😄
Also MonsterBoy is AWESOME 😁

Mega Man ZX
felt like a fusion of Mega Man Zero and Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
-Feels amazing to control
-Metroidvania/Mission structure is cool
-Biometals are like permanent copy abilities
My only complaint is that the map is pretty bad (just like Kirby)

Played through Momodora: RUTM last week and enjoyed it enough to draw this Kaho cheeb. Reco'd to anyone looking for a short but sweet metroidvania with lovable characters and a strong aesthetic.

Game beat No. 32 & Steam 100% No. 11: Owlboy

A very unique flying metroidvania, throws some shooting style gameplay, light puzzles, and a beautiful pixel-art world to explore alongside amazing music. Not too long, quite challenging and wholeheartedly recommended!
