Strangers are the fantasies of your own making but you will not stray too far from home

Safe in his son's house, hearing the rain, his withered muscles twitched with the memory of riding out maelstroms at sea--of struggling to stay upright while battening all doors, of swinging out from the mast over churning waves to tie down the sheets.

He longed for it.

Sometimes it's a just getting out of bed. The conflict ahead seem impossible, so you take the win and marshal your strength for war. Taking a shower is donning armor, eating breakfast is feeding the troops, and sitting down to a blank page is a battle cry.

Come Fairies, take me out of this dull world, for I would ride with you upon the wind and dance upon the mountains like a flame

The changelings took our place in the land of the living so long ago.
But we have persevered. We traversed the Upsidedown Maze and crawled through the Infected Forrest. Now, we finally emerge from the to reclaim the lives we were meant to lead.

I'm fearless today,
beacuse,
I am witness to
crippling fears from my yesterday.
and I have promised myself
a tomorrow with no fear.

Tears of joy~
This is the sum of my life
And soul of my poems
Learning curve was challenging
Full of pitfalls
But I survived the healing fire
Truly happy ending 💕

Sleep comes to her as the moon shines full. The dreams begin again, for the one loves to take sadistic pleasures from the flesh of her dreams. Bound and gagged in seething pain, she feels at peace in the place of the Dark Eldar.

In the of the soul, transcendental transformation occurs when the wounded spirit lets go of its tethers. Casting away doubt and fear, seizing the stars in gentle grip, it rises newborn; begins a journey of discovery, of freedom.

We~
The renewed Travellers
Of dystopian survival
Swinging at
perpetual voyage
Of temporary body
And
Hollow illusions of
Felonious heart
Longing for
Remission of breaths

full of ink
Hat full of stars
If you dare
I’ll take you far

Blank page a void
For our trip
To strange lands—
Can you handle it?

Worlds & quests
Adventures sought
I’ll build for you
With a wink & a thought

standing far in the ocean of time
waiting for that
moonlit night
and a tidal pull

We pray, mutter
forbidden incantations

Cthulu appears down
from the ether,

Smashing onto
this island
his hunger
is transparent

He cares not
that it was us
who opened
the door

Towering above us
he brings an
end to our
worthless
lives

His sins are more than venial,
Considers advisors just menial.
His words are irrational,
His crimes international:
With Russia he's way too congenial.

I like living in my head
I’m happy here alone
Along came a squatter
To occupy my home
He tells me
I’m not good enough
Nor will I ever be
He pays
Not a cent of rent
For his tenancy
Me, he
He is the thief of peace
I swear
If he had one
I wud yank his lease

“This is impossible,” Finn murmured, running his fingers through violet tendrils.
“And yet, here it is.” Cassandra placed a lily in Lynx’s hair.
Another year passed. Their daughter took her first steps, uttered her first words, and showed her first signs of magic.
