AAA ok a lot of people are pointing out the unfair comparison, i only used this because its pictures i found off google. i tried to recreate the picture for each region though & have this art to compare as a stand in for splash art

Finished the first Monster World. They're like self-contained tiny RPG quests. This first one is particularly small with only 1 town and 2ish dungeons. Only 90 lines of text. For a comparison, Floor 1 had 118 lines.

And for the sake of comparison, the "human uprez" objects that were 1:1 upgrades of vanilla objects that first appeared in Shadowlands beta build, which also use many of the same textures and since have been unused. Their FDID range is only sort of close-ish to eachother

Slowly detailing her for comparison, but I'm basically just doing a whole paintover, so it's honestly not the most efficient approach (compared to a flats->multiply->lighting layered process)).

Right, skintone--we don't wish to mislead people again.

The specart is 🤏 darker than the artwork we have. We'd put Candace between Kaeya (first image) and Xinyan.

For comparison, in our artwork, Dehya and Cyno are around the same shade. Candace is darker than both.
