Magnetic Neon on the Goldenblade twins. It's like an enhanced steel, so there is texture & weight to one of the slots for a stronger armor look. Also helps overwrite old low-res/untextured parts.

Soft gradient/loose painterly coloring

Right: Hard, textured lines, minimal line weight variation
Minimal gradient shading + cel shade with watercolor fringe for that slight edge
