I am the only woman in a senior technical role in my extended team. There are women in managerial positions, but it seems that women aren't making it far enough up the purely technical/science path. Surprised? no. Motivated? You bet your ass #WomenInScienceDay #WomenInSTEM
I missed a day. Perhaps I did so on purpose. To prove a point, humanity is flawed. That is why science requires repeatable verification and admission of "getting it wrong". I missed a day, I am human. I am flawed. It is others who help me compensate for my flaws.
