On the 14th day of Squidmas, my Chun book gave to me... Sparkly little Pterygioteuthis (1-3, 6&7 P. giardi; the rest P. gemmata). These wee 'fire' squids (family Pyroteuthidae) pack a lot of twinkle into a small body (ML rarely >5cm)! Chun (1910) Plate XIV.
