This is the CT-scanned skull of sani, a 190 million-year-old tuatara relative from Arizona, USA. It shows that many tuatara features were already present at a time when dinosaurs were just hitting their stride.

For today I'm particularly excited to present you two stunning specimen of one of my absolute favourite dino: Allosaurus. In photo 1-2 we have A. jimmadseni, while in 3-4 A. fragilis.
The key to tell apart one specimen from the other is the shape of the jugal.

For this here is a surface scan the the left hemimandible of Prosansanosmilus peregrinus🦁This specimen was scanned by during his visit in , it was first described by Heizmann, Ginsburg & Bulot in 1980 (2nd pic) and was found in Germany 🇩🇪
