Working on a glow shader. Had to come up with a way to not have weird artifacts on the transparent areas of the sprite. Seems to work good.

Another set of screenshots, we are working on the boring stuff atm. All procedurally generated !! I imagined each area (biome / sub biome) to look unique. This area is the "commonlands", home of the grumblees.
