This is the intended use of a beak. What kind of donut doesn't have a hole!?
Thank you so much @Samael101!!!
I believe the reason most of the time we think of a white mask with goggles and a bird like beak is because of this illustration from those times
Pic 1: Iguanadon - on the left, a more traditional depiction, and on the right, a mammalian-inspired depiction with fleshy ears and lips covering its beak.
Pic 2: Mammalian-inspired Iguanadon mother defending her baby against a Baryonyx

I drew a @Piemations bird. I realized well into lining this that he might not be a parrot and his beak doesn't exactly look like this so I hope its okay ahhaha... It'd be cute if he was though because then he could say "Polly wants a Pretzel!!!"
I misread this sprite for the Unstanle Primigon from Monster Crown and though the open beak was a big goofy mustache. @crowns_dev

I watched Teen Titans faithfully. Around the time the Dark Knight movies were huge, I wondered what Robin look like if he was in Batman's position. I believed a full head mask would be better for some reason. That nose beak. XD

Swan Nebula (M17) bi-color narrowband with the #WilliamOptics ZS61 and the #Atik 414EX CCD. Also called the Omega Nebula, Checkmark Nebula, and Horseshoe Nebula, but all I see is a swan--with a black beak, neck arched forward, and wings outstretched. https://t.co/BS4nKziAVA
