This ratio is tricky because the artwork is horizontal but iPad can flip horizontal or vertical. Here’s an horizontal version fitting the ratio (Andrew should not be hidden by the clock) but I’m not 100% it looks good vertical, especially with the text.

I've been trying to draw more backgrounds and smth I noticed with my past works is that they look pretty stiff and I wasn't really sure why. But now I know: all my vertical lines were parallel to e/o. Making those lines converge now makes everything seem much more natural.
