i will come clean & say that i REALLY wasnt keen on modelling/rendering all his bags & equipment & such that his soldier model has, so i tried to keep him in the same sort of style i rendered benrey's vest in to tie them together a bit, but with his own unique details

Frankie had to experiment with the geometry to get breaks in the outlines just right for the illustrated look, and placed all of that stippling too.
