I think it's himeru because the hair kinda matches. But not the Himeru we know in the game. The real one. I did this and made one of Himeru's sprites black to compare the hair and it kinda looks really similar

Kamyu's close up completely new. The hair strands are more or less the same but the shape/rotation of her head just offsets everything enough that the overlap barely matches.

Once again her eyes are a more brilliant blue.
