At level 36, it becomes Aphrouquet, a peacock-inspired Pokémon of which I am waiting anxiously to exist in Pokémon franchise. The concepts are about balls, peacocks, Valentine's Day, Masquerade, Phantom of the Opera, with a reference to Persona 5's Joker on shiny pallete to Male.
