#jamingtons game jam is almost over and my procedurally animated spider can walk on anything!
Needs some smoothing and the camera needs a full system upgrade but I'm pretty happy with it for the jam submission :)

i transferred by hand so i could fix any weirdness that the smoothing might've caused...
This might be one of those "ok I believe you" moments but I improved the game's smoothing on the perimeter of the screen with a better checkerboard pattern
on the left you'll see it on my desktop, and on the right you'll see it on my phone (which has a lower bit depth)
I've been really enjoying and learning more on how to use blender.
I need to get better at smoothing out the movements of the characters cause they look stiff
Other than that there's so much i can mess around with compared to SFM

For anybody else having issues with SteamVR and streaming to Twitch from OBS. I've discovered that for myself and probably within the last two SteamVR updates, if motion smoothing is on then I'll get "Starting the output failed" in OBS and I can't stream.
30 minutes later? I thought this was taking a bit longer... Huh. Anyways, here's the next layer! Smoothing things into the painting have really popped things out better

Book 7. I read the first of this series a couple of years ago and loved its maturity and sensitivity for a kid's fantasy. This one is the same, gently showing both sides of anger, hurt and trauma without smoothing over it despite its younger readers and I respect that so much.
trying out gradients some. I like gradients a lot and want to figure out how to use 'em. I think I'll try working on either smoothing or 'hardening' colors/light: but basically more intent!
I know some people are miffed the Zero/ZX Collection doesn't use the remastered tracks for each game, but that's way more of a non-issue compared to what happened with the cutscenes.
