@hayesmaker64 I finally worked out The Eidolon.
Now that I know you can switch the SuperCPU between 1x and 20x speed on the fly, I found that you can do all the loading at 1x speed, and switch to 20x for the gameplay. (Works with the Onslaught release.) 👍

Dang, I never in my life thought I would miss playing Killing Floor so dang much. Looking past the inherent grindy gameplay loop, it could be fun at times.

Ys 2- A huge improvement on the first one on gameplay alone, magic really does bring a lot to the table and it makes so the boss fights are more than just slamming Adol into them until they explode, the dungeons were way more convoluted and just not fun at times--

Remnant: from the Ashes
aka "Dark Souls with guns", but really fun and rewarding when in coop with 2 friends! Can tell it's lower budget, enemies and plot are p generic but gameplay is smooth and engaging. Would be nice if loot system had a bit more depth and cosmetics

Persona 2 Innocent Sin (PS1 and PSP)
The gameplay isn't perfect but I think I've said this a million times: this is my favourite Persona game, it has amazing plot threads that escalate tremendously and the cast is probably the best in any Persona game for me.

Cave Story+ (2011, PC)
This was a game I always respected, but actually playing it was very fun! The gameplay's simple but has a nice amount of variety, the story kinda surprised me with how dark it got, there was a good amount of exploration, fun time 👍
NieR Replicant truly has the dearest place in my heart, I've never felt emotionally involved that much in anything else, as for TP I just love it's ambiance, characters and gameplay so much!
