Learning how to raymarch / do volumetric rendering and I only *just* understand the basics. Does anyone know why there are so many artifacts (i.e. doesnt look smooth, broken pixels) in this?

Finally broke the hypothetical barrier between using Cycles and Eevee for final renders. Learnt how to combine Eevee real-time volumetrics with Cycles and not have two competing alpha layers. Feeling good, time to get back to animating

9/18. The snap to erect posture here is SO DAMN GOOD. His movements are like a beautiful karate kata. Look at how volumetric is face is! And how the beads just blend into the shadow underneath his jaw. It's so expressionistic! All in-game, super low rez, 16 colors!
