These nametags are present in both the in-game and the drawn maps. Also the Pokedex shows that Hisui's Pokedex is divided into 5 sections (Like in X and Y), so that means the world must be divided into 5 areas.
Here's my rough estimate of what the 5 areas will be.

⚫️Since the upcoming multiplayer Resident Evil RE:Verse is delayed until 2022 for debut, I'm not anticipating nor on the hype express. I just interested on how big the game will become judging from the demo, it looks like a small game. More characters, maybe maps.
