First off i wanted to try the style of Chibbi with thick outlines. I had a hard time finding out how the effect of the white on hair but in the end i mad a little chibi character.

Tried a more serious coloring attempt in Clip Studio and I am starting to understand how brushes and pens work there. This is just a quick sketch I still outlined with SAI because the flow is smoother for outlines there… for coloring I used Clip Studio which was a lot of fun.
