I've found that a lot if not all of my favorite 2 page spreads in manga all seem to come from horror series or series with heavy horror elements.

Maybe its the genre that allows for them to have the most weight when you're forced to turn the page

Secrets of the Silent Witch Vol. 1 ✅

Good cast and decent characterizations. I knew there're some shoujo elements coming into this so it's not a surprise for me. Overall a very funny volume. Comedy is subjective but this one is a hit for me.
