I want everything I draw to look like this.. 😖💕 making grainy gif versions of all my wips is already part of my process - it’s helpful to see where your values+colors are making fun shapes when you simplify, or if they're too illegible !

Tried using the approach of drawing in black and white values first and then coloring on top which was a great learning experience but I will say, I can never get it to look not muddy so I don't think this is a technique I'd enjoy using too often.

The issue is people take the “oh he’s a shitty teacher” trope and run with it in their fanon version of this character.

He might not be perfect but he has taught Deku wonderfully. Air Force, Shoot Style - not to mention he values and understands the importance of self growth

the one big thing you need to get used to is increasing the pixelate values will make for a smaller exported image, so what you see on the pixatool screen, you'll need to adjust what you imagine the actual size'll be on finish (demonstration here)
