This *isn't* an art fix, just an observation. Generally when you're drawing superheroes, you typically want to make them idealistic, one way to do this is to draw symmetrical faces. Hm. This artist draws much better work in the same issue. It's Marvel Voices Indigenous Voices 1.

Of course, manga/anime has series that have complicated storylines, multi-generational versions by different creators and different characters. Gundam is one example, and one that seems most similar to US superheroes in how & who it's marketed to.
