I didnt really know which colors to go with from the get-go so I just went with grayscale to figure out the values and light source first before the color to save time and to avoid being to far in the piece just to regret a decision!

Teal is admittingly a lovely color, iirc it is a combo color of blue and green (well, back to color mixing days and using black and white to set up monochrome values for teal). I like it with a shade of purple in a color palette pick. And, it's also why I am drawn to this SO art.
