Raynaud phenomenon: vasoconst in response to cold, numbn, ischemia n pallor, cyanosis and then reperfusion w erythema. Could be part of a syst rheumat disease.

Drawing anatomy really helps my understanding of it. Too bad I didn't realize it while I was actually taking anatomy lab 😂 oh well, maybe it'll help someone else 🤷🏽‍♂️
