Honestly I love every modern, accurate depictions of dinosaurs
but an outdated one I really like is the "tyrannosaurus bear". The feathers are probably inaccurate, but it gives it such a menacing, grisly and bulky appearance while still keeping it looking like an animal.

One of my OCs is a snowy owl shapeshifter and she's created a dinosaur form by consciously manipulating her own shifting abilities. It's not meant to be an accurate dinosaur, but I did look at yutyrannus for some proportions. She's 6' at the hip in this form.
