IT'S ART TIME! I GOT MY VALUES ON AND ITS TIME TO FUCKIN PARTY
We're happy to share our long awaited update to our rankup system! We now have a branching rankup system, where you can chose different paths based on where your character's loyalties and values rest. Will you be a LOYALIST, a CATALYST, or an ICONOCLAST?

Her name's Reika, the necklace she hold on her hands are something she hold dear.
This drawing here is a practice on shading technique, handling contours and values, really a big improvement.
Both @Rossdraws and @sinix777 are such a big help, thanks to both of you sincerely!

Raphael’s “School of Athens”
- Now symbolizing ‘the marriage of art, philosophy & science’, at the time, the purpose was merely sheer determination & supposed rivalry. Throughout this was history, meaningful values & inspiring figures

5 min quick fix P: not perfect, mostly cuz my values were bad to begin with, but it's a bittttt better
biggest change is filtering out a lot more of the yellow (which should be desat AF in a blue picture) and squeezing in more saturation out of my blues
He also uses alter self many times just so he can go grocery shopping and not get mobbed by students/other people who recognize him
This Armir values his quiet time a lot,,
@Crystal_Neptune Oh, and if you don't divide and multiply the brightness value, the model ends up looking really flat since the brightness values above 1 get thrown away in the ColourRamp.
@andrewpprice One way to go about it, break things down into local values, then do a shadow pass on multiply, and then light. After you have established some kind of base with this method it’s easier to push the lighting after.
Getting into shading on iPad with #procreate. 2D artists: What are the best exercises to improve values?
I did the sailor moon redraw aswell, need to work on my values, feel like this lacks some depth, weight and value but overall i think it turned out fine :) #sailormoonredraw #sailormoon #usagi #anime #fanart #digitalart #drawthisinyourstyle
too lazy to commit to actually adding values to anything anymore so I just use the shortcut I learned like 14 years ago which is: multiply layer and color dodge layer and then go to bed
>Specific values asides from the zeros and y-intercept won't matter. You could draw your curves as loooong as you want just as how Sara can leave Nao on her very strange weight loss program as looong as she wants.
>I think that's all for now.
put in some base values to get more of a "feel" for it before i line!
>However, x-values like 0.1, 0.01, or 0.001 are perfectly fine! The x-value will infinitely approach to x=0, but will never be x=0. This also goes for their respective y-values.
>Informally, we can define asymptotes as "what the function WANTS to become."
