I think u should work on some proportion consistency

those two bars I added have basically the same size. See how the left leg, even though it is bent, has double the size of the one that's straight? Try to make both legs have the same size

Take a reference photo and simplify the shapes. Use the simplified shapes as your reference to make it easier to see the proportions. Stylize the pose to your art style (I tend to give my figures bigger hands and head)

Thoughts on the new Digimon for Ghost Game, I like the first one besides the weird fingers, looks more like a Champion/Adult than a Rookie child.
seconds eyes seem a bit weird to me and the Gatchmon-like Head to body proportion doesn't fit him IMO, his claws seem like a pokemons
