Seared Duck Khao Soi from Ginger & Scallion! This was my first time trying a Khao Soi! The broth was creamy and very tasty and the hand made egg noodles were perfect for the broth. The seared duck was also very tender and melts right in your mouth. DELICIOUS!

📝don't be afraid to start with darker value base colours - it doesn't look like the right colour in the beginning but its all relative to the surroundings~ it opens so much opportunity for rendering beautiful lighting!
