I was trying to go lineless with this one but I wasn’t liking the way it looked so I just outlined everything with a slightly darker tone than the color it was ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not savvy in digital arts, but I understand tracing is copying an artwork outline to the point where you can overlay the two pieces and find they look nearly identical. Dare I ask, if the outlines don't match the original pieces and don't line up, how is this tracing?
