Shiny Lapras in the past was pretty similar to the current appearance, just more pinkish overall, even on the shell. That's because of the graphical limitations of the Game Boy Color we know very well by now.

@RealVenooby @Timothy1395 @G27Status To be fair, I do think Fallout 76 had some pretty vistas and landmarks- even if it graphically wasn't as good as hyped to be. But I completely agree with this concept art statement nonetheless. I liked Fallout 4, but the concept art always looked better IMO.
earlier this month @drawnchorusers had our exhibition WORDS TO LIVE BY at the wonderful @espaciogallery. the show featured work containing typographical elements- which i took as an excuse to draw 'What If William Blake Was Commissioned To Make Live, Laugh Love Posters?'
This is a genuine question. I've had people give me this argument and it really confuses me.
How?
How can people who don't have access to certain services take those services away from others? It just makes no logical sense.
