Happy Thursday! D&D Orcs have changed quite a bit since their 1st appearance in 1974 Original D&D. Here are pics of orcs from the Monster Manual for 1E (1977), 2E (1993), & 3.5 (2003). I also included an orc pic I drew ~1988. Link in comments.

So we talked about a skaven party. What about a greenskins' party? There was a really good, Polish fan-made sourcebook about orcs and goblins. It offered the option of playing a walking, talking, fighting fungus. A party like that would be... interesting.
