You're missing my point, there are panels drawn in MANGA that are "mid animation" (less detail, more movement lines). This was not one of those panels, it was supposed to detailed and bloody, horikoshi intended it to be - the problem here is how unfaithfully it was adapted.

And now AI Isuka. She looks a little more mature than I intended, but I wanted to get her look of hair flowing in the wind as well as its general kinda messy/spiky look. I probably could've spent more time making her face look more accurate but I liked how this turned out!
