It's really tricky, since the characters' heads are often broken up into bits and pieces on a single texture, but it's doable! You've seen it Armored, but I figure I'll share mine here if anyone's interested in the cool behind-the-scenes.

This is the Palamb I ended up designing! He has all common traits except for his plush texture, which is uncommon. All the green bits are patches that glow in the dark like a toy would!

I was curious as to why these cutscene-specific sprites hadn't been ripped from Dr. Mario 64.

I thought the wooden looking thing and etc. were just a 3D model with a bunch of coloring under the sprite texture, guess I was mostly mistaken.

Quick update on the logo design ✍️ Made some Minor changes and step 3 was adding value and font. Last and final step will be detail/highlights/texture, basically polishing it up, the funnest part in my opinion, almost finished!! 😁👨‍🎨🤩
