🌟THE LIGHTBRINGERS🌟
As it is we thought we'd share some of the book's folklore references. First: Mari Lwyd. A Welsh tradition: a pale horse that stalks villages with a troup of wassailers, its skull adorned with ribbons and winter foliage. https://t.co/xdlUJHQZAF

021/100: Sprouts - Sprouts are about 6 inches tall and fly with amazing grace. They often stay hidden preferring to live in wooded areas or thick foliage. Sprouts keep their environments alive by cleaning and nursing plants daily. They mark their territory with mushroom circles.

WIP for Day 10 (Free Space) I'm naming "Paeonia".

Thinking of how to proceed with rendering it like a Raphaelite painting, with all the flowy, drapery clothes, flower accents and foliage.

Wish I can do this well.

Lunchtime now featuring a bird and some other bits of foliage. Next up, some paths and more ruins!

Yeah, I think we’re done here. 😅

Poison Ivy, or Dr. Pamela Isley. Fifth in the rogues series. The hardest part? All the foliage. For the monster plants I wanted to give them mouths that wouldn’t work at all for animals thus the double teeth etc.

Hi and thanks for this opportunity <3
I draw often digital animal portraits, and am looking forward on improving on environments and foliage. Recently I've picked up ink drawings too. :)

.... Did you know..? Hawker dragonflies use their powerful flight muscles to flush prey from dense foliage... Pictured, Southern Hawker and Brown Hawker. I love hawkers. They are incredibly curious and will often “buzz” you to see if u r gd to eat. 🤗

The scene opens with Bambi's mother fully in frame behind some foliage.

A character's face is the most important feature audiences connect with.

So even in this brief action of a single step forward, her eyes and nose are visible, framed by branches.

while most of the r1 worlds are really good, blue mountains and the caves of skops dont stand out too much to me bc they're both very... "world full of rocks" worlds... i wish the blue mountains were more mountainy... had more foliage...

Closeup on a WIP for a client. Enjoyed painting the reflections in the water and the foliage. Looking forward to revealing this one, the band has a really neat concept and theme.

An experiment I conducted in painting stylized foliage. It was missing something and I couldn't figure out what it was and it turns out it was WIZARD STUFF

Dammit, here is a newer part 6. Forgot some of the foreground foliage. X-D
