For my shader, I use the tangent node with the UV map as the controller, then a fresnel node. It gives me a horizontal line (UV-wise) that I multiply with my hair texture.

I also prefer the hair with less details, it has a nice, smooth texture. Each "chunk" of hair used to have a mixture of curves and angles which gave them that wavy look. Nowadays it feels like a bunch or horns or spiky bananas

Keep Note 15-minute drawing on cellphone. Might take it to the iPad later and redo it/add paper texture. I'm a big fan of oil-type painting where I keep adding layers of color but never a big fan of waiting for it to dry. Anyway, Messy Miss!

That's just a thought, it could well be cels in later Roobarb. It's a shame Godfrey never bothered to preserve any of the artwork. Once it was shot, he apparently wasn't bothered what happened to the art.

I wanted to rework the rock before I continued today, was unhappy with it, so I did study lol. The red behind her is going to be either a wall or door and just give it some texture. I think I need about 4 or 5 more hrs on this and it will be complete!
