All vex enemies are set up so they all basically use the same textures. So i decided to slap the Precursor shader on the Descendants and the Descendant shader on the Precursors.

I used Optifine, as that allows me to load up custom entity models. I made the models themselves in Blockbench & edited the textures in GIMP. It took me a bit to figure out how the sheep model worked, as the sheep's wool is actually a separate model. Here they are btw:
