A small collection I did for my Intro to Digital Painting course last semester! I wanted to study a lot of stuff with these pieces: lighting, color, composition, emulating a "concept art" style, and seeing how fast I could crank a piece out (hence why I did 3).

lighting, anatomy are my two biggest improvements
next year i want to work on composition of shots
you can really tell the difference in my art style O.O doing 75+ map parts really helped me improve my art style

Ca fait du bien de se retrouver chaque semaine avec un nouvel épisode d'un shonen classique des 80's/90's ! Si j'avais un reproche à faire à cette adaptation, c'est qu'on n'y retrouve pas les compositions emblématiques des jeux DQ.
