So I found out why I could never draw faces using the old standby circle first method, until the other day.
Typically I draw a face and have to liquify tf out of it until it looks normal. But this one was done in 15 mins, 0 ref and all just proper mapping :O

I feel the Etrian Odyssey games on NDS and 3DS are slept on by so many JRPG fans because they see other titles from ATLUS and other devs, & the DS/3DS is being less used. The Etrian games are amazing puzzle solving, story driven, dungeon mapping play for hours games.
