It's so good to see you eliminated all the issues to get the final clean result. Btw in artist's perspective, I don't want every edge to have line, that would be like viewing CAD file than an outline effect. This looks good tho.

いつものとおり製作者様向けプレゼン資料をまんま掲載します。
図の黄色いのがライト、赤いのがテールライトの導光体です。折り曲げ部はすべて45°面取りし、光をなるだけきれいに反射させるのが効果的でした。
