Nishiya's designs have this almost ethereal vibe that's very appealing, but the contrast in art direction between Eupho & Liz stands out as Mutsuo Shinohara handled both titles. And this time he had twice the work, since real events and the fairy tale have distinct flavor.

Two separate little warm-ups! Playing with brushes and some contrast shading style!

Another pattern and colour sample from my workbook. The style and structure is simple and repetitive. This relates to Islamic geometry DNA I am currently experimenting with. The fusion and colour contrast helps to underscore the shape within.

6. Umbreon. It's a toss-up between this and Jolteon, but Umbreon might just be my favorite Eeveelution. The lithe frame, simple circles and contrasting colors just really make it stand out. A great way to introduce Dark type.
