I decided to illustrate an amazing confection I got at my favorite local coffee shop, an Oatmeal Chai Cream Pie. Imagine two beautiful oatmeal cookies filled with spiced cream frosting. This style was inspired by the endpapers of a vintage cookbook I saw online.
