Near Sewerby Steps, Flamborough, you can see the remnants of a raised beach from the last interglacial. Fragments of bone found amongst the shingle of this ancient beach include straight-tusked elephant, bison, hippopotamus and narrow-lipped rhinoceros. https://t.co/8Ey9TS1x2d
