Classic Capcom RPG Breath of Fire was first released this day 30 years ago! Unfortunately, this game has only seen one re-release, and that was on the GBA. While Capcom seems to have forgotten about this franchise, its fans certainly haven't!

Ao vivo agora! Estreando The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, continuação da trilogia que inicamos no GBA.
Bora retrozada!

I have brainworms and turned my WoLs into Fire Emblems for the GBA...
#8 - Wario Land 4 (GBA)
Started: 16/2/23
Finished: 18/2/23
Actually started and stopped this a few times but this time was the first time I'd actually finish this game in earnest. Blame Pizza Tower for my sudden urge to play Wario's Greatest Achievement, Wario Land 4 on the GBA.
@ArloStuff I don’t think this is a hot take but holy donuts I wish the Pokémon company would just let Nintendo release their games to GB and GBA. So many people would get NSO just for that, BUT if GB and N64 on NSO could somehow connect then Pokémon Stadium would be so much fun!
@SmallBuStudio Also I guess probably this drawing of Bigfoot from the Sims 2 GBA. Yes, his proportions really are like that.
Game 3 for the thread is Rayman 3 (could you tell I'm on a Rayman kick?) for the GBA. This was my introduction to Rayman.
I've always adored the blend of Rayman 1 gameplay and Rayman 2 presentation here. It's very well done and polished, and the graphics are lush and detailed.
Digital Eclipse has a rich history of development. The biggest highlight for me was "Disney's Lilo & Stitch" for GBA. It is an action shooter similar to Metal Slug!!! I need to play this!!!
Puyo Puyo Tsu's easy mode is no joke. Found it significantly harder than a lot of matches in Puyo Pop for the GBA.
🪶STREAM ANNOUNCEMENT🪶
To have a break from all those JRPG's I've been playing, tomorrow, around 7-8PM EST, I'll be playing Super Mario Advance 2! It's the enhanced port of SMW for the GBA. Since I've played the first SMA in the last 2 years on stream, I'll stream it too! https://t.co/6YB7TRoLOk
Testing out a couple concepts, including my portraits, my character sprite, and my tileset.
It's...not quite GBC style, not not quite GBA. Any suggestions?

With it being the first day of fall, I thought to post this old pic I did years ago of Autumn Fairy Home, from Spyro: Season of Ice for GBA.
then i'd say check out the little known Magical Vacation by Brownie Brown (former Square devs, big Secret of Mana work history with them, GORGEOUS pixel art) for the GBA. got an english patch a bit ago! https://t.co/03u5ic0V9T
Played through The Three Stooges for GBA
This is a port of an Amiga game, and feels distractingly out of place from other games on GBA. After about 10 minutes of the same few minigames, I already got one of the endings.
At least the callbacks to Stooges films were a nice touch.
Sonic Advance (GBA)
After this replay I’ve honestly come to realize I enjoy this game more than I initially thought i had before. Good for the first sonic game on handheld, and I enjoy the soundtrack despite it being on GBA. This deserves a remaster
7/10
the weary sea captain. performed field gender affirming surgery on herself in a submarine five miles off the coast of maine in 1979. her one love is the sea and spends the sad times trying to do wiring in the barotrauma sub editor, frowning, giving up, and playing chess for GBA.
Another Spongebob game is off the bucket list. This time it's Creature from the Krusty Krab, for GBA.
As far as Wayforward's Spongebob games go, this is one of the weaker ones. Despite the attempt to have varied gameplay, the levels either feel underwhelming or frustrating.
